A Different Approach to Gut Health
Digestive symptoms don't always require specialty testing, and an abnormal test doesn't always explain every symptom.
We start with your history, symptoms, medications, nutrition, lifestyle, previous testing, and conventional lab work when appropriate.
From there, we determine what deserves further investigation and what we can begin addressing now.
When additional information would meaningfully change your care plan, advanced testing such as comprehensive stool testing may be considered.
Testing is a tool—not the entire treatment plan.

Every new gut-health patient begins here.
Visit 1 — Comprehensive Assessment
We'll take a deeper look at your symptoms, health history, medications and supplements, nutrition, lifestyle, previous testing, and what you've already tried.
We'll also determine whether additional bloodwork or other evaluation is appropriate.
Visit 2 — Results + Your Restore Roadmap
After I've had time to review your information and available results, we'll meet again to discuss what we're seeing and your recommended next steps.
You'll leave with a clearer understanding of your priorities and a personalized Restore Roadmap.
The $349 fee includes both visits.
What Happens Next?
Not everyone with digestive symptoms needs the same level of care.
For some patients, the Initial Health Assessment gives us enough information to begin a relatively straightforward treatment plan.
Others have persistent or more complex symptoms that warrant deeper investigation and a more structured approach.

The Restore Gut Health Program is designed for patients who need more than a single visit or another short-term solution.
Your care is organized into phases so we can investigate thoughtfully, make changes based on what we learn, monitor your response, and adjust along the way.
1 | Investigate + Build
We gather the missing pieces, address foundational factors, and determine what additional testing may be useful.
2 | Address + Optimize
We use your history, labs, testing, symptoms, and response to care to guide a personalized treatment strategy.
3 | Reassess + Maintain
We evaluate your progress, repeat testing when appropriate, simplify your plan, and determine what you need moving forward.
Your timeline is individualized. Some phases may require closer follow-up, while others need more time between visits.
What's Included in the 6-Month Program
The Restore Gut Health Program is $2,495 and includes:
- A personalized, phased care plan
- One advanced functional test selected based on your needs, up to a $450 value
- Individualized follow-up and monitoring
- In-person and telehealth visits as appropriate
- Secure messaging between visits
- Review of relevant labs and testing
- Treatment adjustments based on your progress
- Nutrition and lifestyle guidance
- Supplement and medication guidance when appropriate
- A reassessment and plan for long-term care
There isn't a set appointment schedule. Some phases of your plan may require follow-up every few weeks, while others may require more time to implement the plan and evaluate your response.
Payment options: $2,495 paid in full or $745 to begin + $350/month for 5 months.
FSA/HSA accepted
Supplements, medications, conventional laboratory processing, and additional or repeat specialty testing are not included.
